Having sped through the air at the rate of 156.5 mph, Lieutenant C.C. Mosley of the United States Army Air Service, piloted an American built Verville-Packard airplane, won the first aerial contest for the Pulitzer Trophy (1920) yesterday at Mitchel Field, near Garden City.
