– and what sort of present is appropriate when celebrating the twentieth birthday of one of the most murderous organizations any police state could ever hope for? Well, we’re quite sure that we don’t know – but we do know what Joseph Stalin brought to the party – the names and addresses of two old Bolsheviks who had fallen from favor: Lev Karakhan and Avel Enukidze.
