Just the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse?

This article recalls a minor dust-up that briefly existed between the states of Florida and New York concerning which of the two had the oldest schoolhouse. In the fullness of time cool heads prevailed and it was decided that the school structure in Florida should be known as the "oldest wooden schoolhouse" and the New York record was safe.
